Fairfield Inn And Suites By Marriott Naples - Golden Gate

This place was a breath of fresh air with its bright decor and impressively clean rooms. I loved relaxing by the lovely pool with plenty of lounge chairs and enjoying a nice breakfast every morning. The only hiccup was the TV service acting up a bit, but it didn't take away from the overall experience 😊

Location: the hotel was close to an industrial area, the beach, and Ridgeways restaurant. The room was updated & spotless together with a sofa and a fridge, for example.

The staff we met were a little indifferent.

Good hotel and not expensive near naples but you will need a car to get to the center of naples. Rooms are big and clean.

The room was wonderful! The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. Everything is new in this hotel. We stayed in the two queen bed suite with the sleeper sofa. It was my mother, my 14 year old son and myself and each one of us had a bed for ourselves. The room had two flat screen TV's, a small fridge, and a microwave. They also provide a cofeemaker and hair dryer. They provide breakfast during the week from 6:30 to 9:30AM, and it consists of cereal, yougurt, bagels, fresh fruit (apples/bananas), fruit cups, and other types of bread (in the cold side); on the hot side they had microwaveble quiches, and egg & sausage sandwiches, and very delicious waffles, as well as, hot cereal. For beverages, they had orange and apple juices, coffee, and tea. The service at this facility is very good and it is a wonderful facility for business purposes (WiFi in the room and public areas, the use of a computer and printer on site, etc.). It is worth mentioning that there are very good restaurants in the area as well as supermarkets and pharmacies.

Location. It is far away from Naples and Marco Island (about 25 to 30 minutes). Must drive everywhere. The view is not so good (the hotel is located by a water processing plant and the local landfill.) Like many other hotels the TV lineup is not so good. (I like to watch TV at night and some of my favorite chanels were missing - ie. SyFy, BBC America, Disney, etc.)

Location is good for the Naples/Everglades west area. Nearby restaurant choices are limited, but adequate.

The reception was polite friendly and efficient checking in was simple. The hotel is very clean and of a good standard, they is a complimentary breakfast at the weekend which is acceptable. Overall we found the hotel to be good value. We would recommend this hotel as a great find.

The distance from the town centre was further than we would have liked the taxi cost was 35 dollars each way

The pool area is solid, complete with comfortable seating and a well-maintained environment. The complimentary breakfast features a nice variety of options, including hot items like eggs and sausage, a big plus for those looking to start the day right.

The walls in this place are thin. You can hear every little sound from neighboring rooms, including shouting from housekeeping during cleaning hours. The toilet in my accessible room malfunctioned, requiring a long wait for any response, especially considering the company I was with.

We stayed at the hotel for 2 nights on the way to Tampa Bay. The hotel was conveniently located near the motorway. It was clean and the pool was nice. I would stay there again.

I was amazed by the luxury and the beauty of this Fairfield Inn. We were looking for a resonably priced one-night stay on our way to Islamorada and we chose this Inn for it's close proximity to Alligator Alley. The previous night, we had stayed at a Ramada Inn in Ocala and paid $65+ for a dirty, over-used, uncomfortable room with few, if an, amenities. We decided to pay a few extra dollars to stay at the Fairfiled and it was well worth the $15 extra dollars. The staff was outstanding (we talked with Matt and Takirra), the room was clean, comfortable and beautiful, and the breakfast was tasty and well-presented. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience!
